How BharatGuru AI handles account data, uploaded lists, and lookup history in the workspace.
What we collect
Account: name, work email, role, billing metadata, and workspace activity (jobs, finder history, lists you save).
Product use: domains and names you search, files you upload for enrich/verify, and outreach you send through identities you connect.
What we do not do
We do not sell your uploaded lists to other customers. Public-web harvest for finder is independent of your private CSVs.
We do not log into third-party job boards as you unless you use the Chrome extension in your own browser.
Retention
Workspace records stay for the life of the account unless you delete lists or close the workspace. Job logs may be retained for abuse prevention and billing disputes.
Requests
Email support@bharatguruai.com for export or deletion. Identity and payment processors have their own policies.
