Roles
You are the controller of lists and outreach you run. BharatGuru AI is the processor for that customer data, and a controller of account/billing records needed to run the service.
Lawful bases
Contract: providing the workspace you signed up for. Legitimate interest: security, abuse prevention, and product analytics that do not require extra profiling of your prospects beyond what you already stored.
Prospect contact data you upload must have its own lawful basis (usually legitimate interest for B2B or consent). We do not invent that basis for you.
Rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and portability requests: support@bharatguruai.com. We will need to verify the workspace owner.
Transfers
Infrastructure may run outside the EEA. We use standard contractual clauses or equivalent with processors where required. Details live on the Data processing page.
