This Data Processing Addendum (DPA) style summary covers customer personal data you put in the workspace. A signed DPA can replace this for enterprise orders.
Subject matter
We process names, emails, titles, company domains, and files you upload so finder, verify, enrich, lists, and outreach can run. We do not use that customer data to train a public model for other tenants.
Instructions
We process only on your documented instructions: the product UI, API, and this site. Unlawful spam instructions are refused.
Security
Access is role-based inside the workspace. Transport is HTTPS. Subprocessors (hosting, email, payments) are limited to what the service needs.
Deletion
On account closure we delete or anonymize customer lists within a reasonable period unless law requires retention. Job telemetry may remain aggregated.
