Why is a mailbox empty?
The agent only returns addresses found on public pages or indexes, then MX-checked. Empty means the web did not publish a mailbox — not a failed lookup.Jobs

Open Job Center. Expand jobs (finder, leads, companies, crawl) continue after the first response. Refresh; do not resubmit the same CSV until the job finishes or fails.Credits
What consumes a credit?
Lookups, verify, enrich, and extract each use credits shown on the plan. Failed SMTP still counts as a verify attempt. Billing is on the Home snapshot and Analytics.Outreach

Add an identity in Deliverability. Gmail OAuth needs API env on the host. You can still send with a manually added SMTP identity.API
