for the workspace.
These terms cover use of the BharatGuru AI marketing site and workspace. They are a product summary, not a substitute for a signed order form.
The service
BharatGuru AI provides lead intelligence and email tools: find, verify, enrich, lists, jobs, and outreach. Credits, seats, and plan limits shown in the workspace apply.
We return mailboxes from public indexes and company pages when they exist. Empty results are valid. Guessed or invented addresses are not part of the product contract.
Your account
You must provide accurate signup details, keep credentials private, and use the workspace only for lawful B2B prospecting. You are responsible for data you upload (lists, CSVs, enrollments).
Do not attempt to scrape LinkedIn, Naukri, or similar sites through our product as a logged-in user. The Chrome extension uses your own browser session where you explicitly run it.
Credits, billing, and cancellation
Free credits are promotional and may change. Paid plans renew until cancelled in the workspace. Unused credits typically expire at the end of the billing cycle unless your plan says otherwise.
Acceptable use
No spam that violates applicable law, no harvesting personal inboxes for harassment, no reselling raw dumps as “verified” when SMTP failed. We may suspend accounts that abuse the API or jobs queue.
